LITTLE SAINT
A vibrant fusion of gastronomy and music, Little Saint thrives as a refuge for the senses. On Earth Day 2022, we flung open the doors to this pandemic project in the heart of Healdsburg, California, where the air is rich with possibility. The concept sprang from the earth itself—the dedicated hands of the Little Saint Farm team, who inspire farm-forward cuisine celebrating local harvests.
While the ground floor buzzes with culinary energy, the second story transforms into an after-hours music venue, alive with sound and spirit. The brand of Little Saint and the physical space function as vessels for community, connection, and creativity.
quilted backdrop by Ben Venom
We repurposed well-worn jeans donated by our would-be staff into denim quilts that upholster the custom poufs. Local artist Ben Venom created a theatrical backdrop from abandoned t-shirts, in a true testament to reinvention. Meanwhile, artist Linda Fahey sketched a mural above the kitchen island that honors the ancient oaks standing sentinel in the region.
With this literal and figurative patchwork of ideas and talents, Little Saint has emerged as a beacon for bands traveling the route between San Francisco and the North Coast. The seasonal and plant-based cuisine is shaped under the vision of noma (Copenhagen) alum Stu Stalker; each dish honors the land and its bounty.
Here, in this spirited space, food, a sense of belonging, and celebration are cultivated, seasoned, and shared.
