MILLER & LUX
In 2020, Chef Tyler Florence was approached by Golden State Warriors ownership and awarded the honor of bringing his brand of innovative American cuisine to San Francisco's Thrive City, the area surrounding the Chase Center – built in 2019 as the new home of the GSW.
Research of the neighborhood unearthed a story: The land was formerly owned by Henry Miller and Charles Lux, two 19th-century immigrants-turned-land barons who established America's largest integrated cattle and meatpacking enterprise of that era, comprising 1.3 million acres in California, Nevada, and Oregon.
At 7,000 sq. ft, the concept, branding, operating systems and equipment, and decor of Miller & Lux seamlessly incorporate the spirit of the success of the restaurant’s namesakes.
