This project unfolded with an all-star cast of collaborators, a gathering of talents that felt almost fated. Among them, we welcomed a cornucopia of muses, both real and imagined. With the involvement of Dave Grutman and Pharrell Williams, the namesake promised to be a place where joy would flourish, a haven for good times. No need for reservations; the atmosphere would invite spontaneity.
We were tasked with strategizing the entire hotel, its amenities, and the interiors. Collaborating closely with the development team, we engaged the New York-based brand agency, Base Design, to craft the logo, wordmark, and typographic system. Together, we infused every space with high-touch decorative art, breathing life into the vision.
The hotel corridor carpet is a testament to our artistic license—one designer's wet footprints transformed into flat designs, adorned with hand-selected poms, stretching the length of the building. The robe, a custom watercolor painting of leopards, was converted into a repeat pattern, ordered in thousands of yards to envelop guests in whimsy.
Room keys, accessories, bath amenities, and uniforms were designed with equal care. Ironically, one of the final touches were the elevator cab wall coverings—now gracing editorial fashion shoots throughout the year, a serendipitous reminder that beauty often finds its way into unexpected places. In this collaboration, every detail sang, a harmonious blend of creativity and intention.

STRAWBERRY MOONIn conjunction with the hotel, we envisioned Strawberry Moon—a restaurant and pool club that has taken on a life of its own, drawing whispers and wonder across the city. This project blossomed into a vibrant exploration, infused with the vivid hues of Miami, where each detail invited a sense of playfulness and possibility.
We crafted the entire space as an open-air sanctuary, a pool club that seamlessly blended the warmth of sun-soaked days with the allure of moonlit nights. It became a coveted destination, where laughter mingles with the sound of water, and the air is thick with the promise of good company and shared stories.
